The Voices of Calldirek

“Thank you for calling Calldirek ...how may I help you?” This is what you hear throughout the day at the office. The customer service department is a group of very energetic people consisting of six CS representatives and a manager, they receive calls raging from customers that need to recharge, customers that have technical issues, to agents that need to make changes on some recharges. On the busiest day, while the whole office seems a too busy to smile, they manage to always keep a smile.
Getting to know the Customer Service crew is a privilege at Calldirek for they bring life to the office. Having been part of the crew before switching position, I have the inside scoop on each member and how the everyday work life is.
Emmanuel “Ti Georges”  Georges, the youngest employee at Calldirek is the gadget man, always talking about the newest gadget technology coming out, bringing us “old dinosaurs” as he calls us, update on the world’s newest inventions.
Roycesun “Roy” Clement, one could say he has a sixth sense, for he picks up the phone faster than anyone else, as if he knew the call was already coming. He is also an aspiring artist, on his free time you will catch him drawing in his sketch books.
Farah is the most warming person at Calldirek, she comes in with a positive attitude and leaves with that same attitude. No one can take her smile away, for it is forever permanent. When Roy and Farah Baron are put together it is total “gossip time” giving you the scoop on the latest TV shows.
Magdala Dorceus, part of the outgoing call reps will call you, and her sweet voice will put you in a state of trance. If you were to cough once she would not hesitate to take care of you.
Fabrice “You Know” Laforest is one of the funniest people at Calldirek, with his strong Caribbean accent he charms the clients to call on a daily basis.
Alexandre “Lelex” Liautaud the rapper will always drop a line whenever he gets the chance. His laidback style allows everyone to be at ease in his presence.
Last but not least, the CS manager Melissandre “Grand Patron” Perez, moves to the beat of freedom, her joyful personality makes it an enjoyable environment to work under. Though being teased everyday about her petite stature, she makes it up with her motivation to succeed at everything she does.
If you want to be part of the Calldirek extended family, call today and I can assure you the person picking up will make you want to call back. We thank the Customer Service Department for their outstanding work and for bringing a constant positive attitude to the Calldirek office.

Africa Pre-Paid Phone Cards

It can be difficult to stay in touch with loved ones who live in your town, much less those that live across the Atlantic in Africa. Africa is a diverse continent that is comprised of several different countries. These countries share more in common than just location. In the past, it was very difficult for people to call African countries without incurring an excessive phone bill or using complicated phone cards. Today, if you want to make an international call to someone in this region of the world, it doesn’t have to cost you an arm and a leg.

By now you must be tired of those conventional phone cards. Their deceptive practices and lack of convenience has probably made you hope for an alternative. These kinds of phone cards don’t really offer you much in terms of value. Their rates are extremely high and there are usually connection fees, deactivation fees and charges that you don’t readily anticipate. These charges are deducted from the value of the phone. So if you think that you paid for a fifteen minute card, you may only get to redeem eleven of those minutes.

There are other frustrating features of traditional phone cards. Using this kind of card almost ensures that your calling experience will be terrible. First you are required to dial up to forty digits just to reach your relative or business partner. Between the access number, the pin number and the desired number, you could end up tired before you even say hello. If you don’t get connected the first time, which is common with these cards, you have to start that process all over again. There can also be issues with call quality when using a regular phone card to call Africa. These cards rely on phone towers and infrastructure to provide you with good service. Depending on where you are located, you may not have good coverage. This could make the sound on your call less crisp and clear or this could even interrupt your call all together.

Not to worry, CallDirek has a great option for you. To make an international call to Africa, CallDirek has a pinless phone card. Don’t be confused. Not all calling cards have to use a pin number. By using the internet to activate your online card, you don’t need to dial an access code or pin. You don’t have to do anything each time you want to make a phone call. With this card you can make calls from any of the numbers you would normally use, like your home, office or cellular phone. You can save by using the pinless calling card because there are low rates, no fees, no fluctuating rates and you don’t have to constantly buy a new card. This pre-paid phone card can be used to call anywhere in Africa or the world. You can easily recharge your minutes and manage your bill online any time you need to.
