Calldirek Agent Support Team

 

    Calldirek has well over 100,000 agents located throughout the United States and Canada. When some of their issues arouse they call agent support. Agent support is a team composed of two women Natacha Morisseau and Laura Hernandez. These two do an incredible job, they help agents who have problem recharging, creating new vendor accounts and even sign up new agents. They have set up a very simple method on how to approach the agents calling, Natacha takes care of all French and Creole speaking agents and Laura takes care of the Latin agents and they both share agents who speak English.

      Natacha is known through the office as the “Paté girl” for she brings patties by the load on every Mondays and Wednesday. I must imply that she did not bring it this week which made couple of the employees cry (I was clearly one of them). She also likes to undergo little private investigations when processing new document.

      Laura is a great worker she does her work very well, and has good work ethics. She is fairly new at Calldirek, she started working in February, but she picked up the agent vibe quite well. She keeps a very positive attitude and if ever your eyes were to fall on hers she will not stop laughing.

     Taking care of all of Calldirek’s agents is a tough task but the agent support girls are committed to help the agents and they do it out of love. We thank them for their outstanding work and positive ambiance.
